Prime Minister should intervene to ensure TDP Parliamentarian JC Divakar Reddy gets sacked for hooliganism: No hope from Lok Sabha Speaker or Union Civil Aviation Minister

It refers to repeat-offender TDP Parliamentarian JC Divakar Reddy creating a ruckus at Vishakhapatnam Airport on 15.06.2017 when TV-visuals confirm that he pushed staffers of Indigo Airlines and unauthorisedly entered working-area of the airport in his bid to damage airport-property including a computer-printer, for which he was put in no-fly list by Indigo and some other airlines. Unruly law-maker in his media-statement has also boasted that his party-colleague Union Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Ganpati Raju who incidentally was present at the airport at that time, managed his entry into the flight even though he was late for getting the boarding-pass.

It could not happen if Lok Sabha speaker would have taken strict-most action including suspension of Ravindra Gaekwad from membership of Parliament for some similar incident on 24.03.2017. But it is a political fashion that ultimately such ugly happenings involving unruly Parliamentarians get settled down with some eye-wash tactics like soft regret etc. Prime Minister who has taken bold step to remove red-light VVIP culture, should ensure that not only JC Divakar Reddy should be sacked from the Parliament, but even Union Civil Aviation Minister gets punishment for misusing his ministerial influence to get JC Divakar Reddy entry into the aircraft despite his being late.

It is also time that physical and mental check-up of poll-contestants may be made compulsory so that people with short temper may not become law-makers to break the law.
