It has become an unholy and unethical political fashion for making and unmaking of state-governments by keeping MLAs bonded by rival factions in super costly hotels and resorts. Income Tax Department should make a smart beginning by grilling leaders of rival factions of Rajasthan Congress on extra-ordinary heavy expenses being done on keeping MLAs in super-costly hotels for so long and their travel. This expense-details and source of funding for both the groups should be made public. Such a practice should be for all future such happenings because it has become a trend in Indian politics.
Such heavy expenses on political games is a matter of consideration because such expense by rival groups or parties is nothing but an investment for political business where the winning faction will be trying not only to recover the investment so made, but will also make profits to run its political industry profitably.
Role of state-governor and assembly-speaker should be minimised through massive and consolidated poll-reforms in such political games because both of them usually have a biased political ideology with many earlier state-governors openly supporting a particular party or group in past and virtually turning Governor-House as party-headquarters like by Buta Singh and many others with some ones even criticised by Supreme Court also.
