Central and state governments should now focus on encouraging affordable urbanite people especially those living in independent houses, bungalows and farm-houses to have pet cows. It will not only encourage love for an animal which is worshipped by majority people, but also provide those having their own pet cows to have pure and nutritious cow-milk having numerous medicinal values. Move will automatically tend to improve public-health, where cow-milk and its delicious products rather than liquor may become fashion of the society. Rather having pet cows should be developed like a fashion presently exists for dogs amongst the society. Encouraging pet cows will thus be in interest of all concerned including even those start having their own pet cows.
Even tax-exemptions can be considered for owning cows so that affording people may even start opening cow-shelters not only in their own interest, but also for larger interest of society where nutritious cow-milk may be available may be on sale or for free to other people as well.
