It refers to welcome order of Supreme Court on 08.02.2019 imposing symbolic fine of rupees 50000 for filing appeal at the Apex Court against justified order of Patna High Court directing former state Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswy Yadav to vacate government-bungalow meant for state Deputy Chief Minister. It is noteworthy that Tejaswy Yadav was rightfully offered another government-bungalow meant for persons of state of ministers in the state because he is presently Leader of the Opposition in state-assembly who is entitled for a government-bungalow meant for ministers in the State.
Our political rulers should take lesson from British Prime Minister where family-members of outgoing British Prime Minister are seen pushing out their belongings to ensure that new British Prime Minister enters into the bungalow meant for him just after taking oath. Even in India, there are cases of idealism like Shabana Azam vacated government-bungalow before going to attend her last day at Rajya Sabha as she rightly observed that she had no right to enter the government-bungalow after losing membership of Rajya Sabha.
