Strict-most punishment and taking back Padma award necessary in case of Saif Ali Khan for hurting religious sentiments of Hindus and distorting historical facts for publicity-stunt

Concerned authorities at central government should take strict-most action under Indian Penal Code against film-actor Saif Ali Khan for deliberately hurting religious sentiments of majority Hindus by holding kidnaping of Sita by Ravan justified in Ramayana. It has become a fashion to first do a crime of hurting religious sentiments and then seeking apology for free publicity of films by such ever-erring film-personalities. Political parties other than BJP have proved that they still bank on pseudo-secularism when none of others failed to react sharply on such an act of Saif Ali Khan in fear of loss of Muslim votes. Even Hindus consider Ravan a very learned and highly religious person but holding his act of kidnapping Sita justified cannot be tolerated.

A beginning to snatch back national honours given to wrong-doers during Congress or UPA regime should be made by taking back controversial Padma award from Saif Ali Khan whose name was included on last moment by some undisclosed member of Awards Committee without proper scrutiny because he was involved in criminal cases which in normal case could not be cleared by investigating agencies, an essential requirement for giving Padma awards.

Majority Hindus are unfortunately targeted by known Muslim celebrities through their such undesirable and deliberate acts like was regularly done by world-renowned painter Maqbool Fida Husain who always felt joy in portraying Hindu goddesses nude with the then Congress or UPA regime observing a mute silence. What India now needs a Pakistan-like legislation where such insult to majority religion must be restricted through toughest most provisions of Indian Penal Code including even death penalty. India under BJP regime is a secular country unlike pseudo-secular in earlier regimes.
