However for future opposition party should be given option of three names for final selection of CBI Chief
It refers to Congress now crying foul on selection of Rishi Kumar Shukla as new CBI Chief, a person who was very recently ousted as Director General of Police after Congress formed government in Madhya Pradesh. But Congress is itself responsible for all affairs in CBI witnessing bitter fight between two top-persons in CBI leading to selection of new CBI Chief because of the great sin done by Congress in its UPA regime by making CBI out of purview RTI Act for narrow political thinking.
Even though central government is fully justified to select new CBI Chief by 2-1 majority in the high-powered selection-panel where CJI vote in favour of government-choice made Congress isolated on the issue. However to be fair-most, a healthy tradition can be set up for future through a healthy tradition whereby government may put final panel of three persons from which opposition leader may opt for achieving unanimity on selection of CBI Chief. But presently Congress may face outcome of its own sin by sticking to Rishi Kumar Shukla as new CBI Chief.
