Organizers went ahead with their plan when University-authorities did not respond to their request seeking permission to have such Tiranga-Yatra and the request was never rejected. Holding Tiranga-Yatra is a patriotic act, and should have been permitted by the University-authorities without unnecessary deferring the issue.
