Presently RO (Reverse Osmosis) water-purifiers usually have a drainage-pipe that drains out an appreciable quantity of water as waste water before preserving the filtered water in the reservoir. Central government should direct concerned ministry or department whereby water-purifiers may be innovated where there may be no generation of waste water to be drained out before preserving purified water in the reservoir. Any provision of compulsory installation of a separate reservoir to store waster-water to be used otherwise will not work, because people in general will either remove any such reservoir or get it emptied by throwing away the waste water. It is quite usual that private builder-groups are charging GST on previously booked units (flats, apartments, villas etc) at the old increased GST rate of 12-percent as was before 31.03.2019, even if these units are completed and allotted after 01.04.2019 when GST-rate was reduced to 5-percent. Delhi Government should challenge High Court order in Supreme Court regarding free medical facilities and medicines in Delhi government hospitals with provision of charging cost of medicines to be reimbursed in Aadhar-linked bank-accounts. Delhi Government should challenge High Court order to provide free medical treatments, facilities and medicines in OPDs of hospitals run by Delhi government with hard-earned money of tax-payers of Delhi to non-Delhi patients that too at a time when even hospitals run by central government in Delhi like prestigious AIIMS, RML etc do not offer free medicines and costly investigations like MRI.
