It refers to Reserve Bank of India RBI warning that refusing to accept ten-rupee coins can end up in facing legal action. It is a common knowledge that people in general do not like having bulky ten-rupee coins also because fake ten-rupee coins are much in circulation. There must be a policy whereby coins and currency-notes in same denomination may not be simultaneously in circulation. Timings of news-bulleting and other programmes presented by News Services Division of All India Radio (Akashwani) were last revised more than five decades ago when Television-network had insignificant presence. Then timings were revised in a manner that Hindi bulletins may be broadcast just before English news-bulletins like shifting main Hindi bulletin from then 8.15 pm to now 8.45 pm. But such placement deprived Samayaki important time-place just after main Hindi bulletin like is there for Spotlight relayed at 9.15 pm just after main English bulletin. RTI Act should be saved by preventing it from misuse. RTI fees should be uniform for all states and competent authorities at rupees 50 that may include copying charges for first 20 copied pages for saving to both public-authorities and portioners on demanding and remitting copying charges, but eliminating non-serious RTI petitioners because of a negligible fee of just rupees ten. People in BPL category are already exempted from paying RTI fees.
