It refers to ever-controversial Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) at Delhi once again in news on 25.03.2019 with several students entering house of Vice Chancellor where his wife lonely in the home had to be hospitalized because of mental trauma caused by forced entry of agitating students. Earlier also such an unhumanitarian act on 15.02.2018 made certain officials of the University sick being required to be even hospitalized. Demand of students against enforcing rules is ingenuine. CJI should summon a conference of judges of higher courts to discuss liberal culture of ex-party stay-orders and frequent adjournments in court-cases

Biggest weakness of our justice-delivery-system is liberal ex-party stay-orders followed by frequent adjournments in courts which the main and foremost reason of ever-increasing huge pendency of cases in courts resulting in justifying the proverb Justice-Delayed-Is-Justice Denied. IOC advertisement of 10-percent payback on petrol through digital payment

Presently TV-advertisements by Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) are in plenty about 10-percent pay-back on purchase of petrol-diesel through digital mode of payment. Central government had earlier started .75-percent pay-back if petrol and diesel are purchased through credit or debit cards from every petrol-pump of any public-sector oil-company to encourage cashless payments after demonetisation of old currency notes of rupees 500 and 1000 on 08.11.2016. It is beyond understanding why and how IOC alone can provide 10-percent pay-back rather than .75-percent by other oil-companies.
