Has an Islamic nation Pakistan right to criticize secularism of India

It refers to Pakistan Rail Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed unduly criticizing secularism of India while reacting on Indian Prime Minister laying down foundation-stone of temple at birth-place of Lord Rama at Ayodhya on 05.08.2020. But big question is if Pakistan established purely on basis of religion and stating itself constitutionally as Islamic nation has right to comment on secular credentials of India. Rather Pakistan has no right to comment even if India might have been declared as some religious state because Pakistan itself is a religious Islamic nation. India being a secular or religious state is an internal matter of India. However by all accounts, India has now proved to be a truly secular state rather than a pseudo-secular state under earlier Indian regime whose leaders openly showered love and affection for Pakistan that too on Pakistani soil.

Pakistan Rail Minister should be aware that existence of Lord Rama is acknowledged by none other than Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) when its tourist-literature for Lahore starts with mention that the Pakistani city is named after Luv, son of Lord Rama because it was Luv who established Lahore. Pakistan should first ensure rights of minority Hindus by removing hurdles in establishment of first-ever Hindu temple at Pakistan capital Islamabad.
