Subsidy for LPG is for families having combined income of rupees ten lakhs per annum with central government appealing those above the stipulated income-limit to voluntarily surrender subsidy. But instead of expecting voluntary surrender, Union Petroleum Ministry should ask to submit affidavits regarding total family-income to avail subsidy. This will drastically reduce LPG subsidy-burden on the exchequer because those not having voluntarily surrendered subsidy will then avoid filing wrong affidavits to get subsidy. Biggest weakness of our justice-delivery-system is liberal ex-party stay-orders followed by frequent adjournments in courts which the main and foremost reason of ever-increasing huge pendency of cases in courts resulting in justifying the proverb Justice-Delayed-Is-Justice Denied. Presently TV-advertisements by Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) are in plenty about 10-percent pay-back on purchase of petrol-diesel through digital mode of payment. Central government had earlier started .75-percent pay-back if petrol and diesel are purchased through credit or debit cards from every petrol-pump of any public-sector oil-company to encourage cashless payments after demonetisation of old currency notes of rupees 500 and 1000 on 08.11.2016. It is beyond understanding why and how IOC alone can provide 10-percent pay-back rather than .75-percent by other oil-companies.
