किसान आंदोलन के शोर शराबें के बीच देश की शिक्षा व्यवस्था में हो रहे क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तनों की चर्चा हाशिए पर सिमट गयी है। देश में नई शिक्षा नीति के क्रियान्वयन ने अब गति पकड़ ली है। आगामी संसद सत्र में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा आयोग का गठन का विधेयक रखा जाने वाला है। 1) नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत मेडिकल एवं कानून की पढ़ाई छोड़कर उच्च शिक्षा के लिए उच्च शिक्षा आयोग (एचईसीआई) का गठन हो रहा है । एचईसीआई के चार स्वतंत्र अंग- राष्ट्रीय उच्चतर शिक्षा नियामकीय परिषद (एनएचईआरसी), मानक निर्धारण के लिए सामान्य शिक्षा परिषद (जीईसी), वित पोषण के लिए उच्चतर शिक्षा अनुदान परिषद (एचईजीसी) और मान्यता के लिए राष्ट्रीय प्रत्यायन परिषद (एनएसी) हैं। अब तक यूजीसी, एआईसीटीई, एसीटीई जैसे सत्रह नियामक संस्थान इसके अंतर्गत आ जाएँगे। अब एचईसीआई के नियम सभी सरकारी और निजी शिक्षण संस्थानों मे लागू होंगे। वैज्ञानिक व सामाजिक अनु...
