Police-post in-charge should be arrested rather than only suspended for not taking instant action on complaint by slain journalist Vikram Joshi with all his assets confiscated

Since journalist Vikram Joshi having fatally attacked by criminals in Ghaziabad (UP) on 20.07.2020 only because police-post in-charge failed to take action on complaint of eve-teasing of his niece against criminals, arrest under stringent-most provisions of Indian Criminal Code is necessary rather than simple suspension. Moreover his property and assets should be confiscated and given to family of slain journalist as a token of exemplary instant justice.

Likewise property and assets of all the accused killers of Vikram Joshi should be confiscated and given to family-members of Vikram Joshi. This is necessary because of poor-most justice-delivery-system of the country where criminals getting easy bail and parole enjoy crime-life with final punishment, if any, coming after decades as recently happened when a CBI court in Mathura convicted eleven police-persons for deliberately killing Raja Man Singh of royal family and his two associates.

Yogi Adityanath should approve promulgating an ordinance to this effect regarding immediate confiscating of assets and property of all those involved in crimes attracting death-penalty together with that of police-persons assisting them or found guilty of failure in duty.
