It refers to shocking videos on a TV news-channel showing cows badly packed in tempos and containers being smuggled for cow-slaughtering in states where cow-slaughter is banned. However vigil by police and social-activists in night-hours caught hold of such vehicles where cows were so badly packed that some ones must have been dead before reaching the destination. अगर मुझे किसी भी बैंक का central statutory auditor बना दिया जाए तो 7 दिन में इतने npa निकाल दूँ कि सारे बैंक दिवालिया हो जाएं । एक बार मैंने एक बैंक की ब्रांच का statutory audit किया था उस बैंक ब्रांच को loss में ला कर खड़ा कर दिया था । अगले तीन वर्षों तक बैंक ने मुझे ऐसी ब्रांच allot की ,जिनमें जा तो कोई loan ही नही था ,या सर्विस ब्रांच थी ,या नई खुली ब्रांच थी । अगर बैंक्स का सही ऑडिट हो तो सारे बैंक्स की capital negative हैं । सारे बड़े loan बिना security के केवल share गिरवीं रखकर दिए जाते हैं ,consumer loan ,vehicle loan , सबमें बहुत npa है लेकिन बैंक के parmoter पागल थोड़ी हैं कि उनको पता नहीं की loan वापिस नही आएगा लेकिन बैंक में उनका पैसा ना मात्र का लगा होता है और जनता का पैसा बहुत अधिक । जैसे y bank में r kapoor का अधिक से अधिक 500 करोड़ लगा है और depositors की fd ,saving आदि में ...

Time in India should be shifted to GMT+6 Hours Time-Zone

India should also advance its time-zone by half an hour to make it GMT+6 hours rather than present haphazard GMT+5.30 hours as also recommended by National Institute of Advanced Studies. Since presently just eight countries in the world deviate from separating their time-zones by fraction of an hour, Indian government should approach international authorities so that time-zone for a country may compulsorily be deviated by full one hour from GMT.
