It refers to shocking news about the Jalandhar-based Missionaries of Jesus asking four nuns to comply with transfer order and move out of the congregation-premises in Kottayam after they staged a protest demanding the arrest of Bishop Franco Mulakkal, who has been accused of rape by a nun. It is noteworthy that the protest by nuns had led to of Franco Mulakal removal as bishop of Jalandhar. While the four nuns have been issued transfer-orders to four different states, another one Neena Rose also having participated in protest has not been issued transfer-order. Such transfer-posting of nuns is a punishment for standing for justice in favour of their colleague. लोकपाल लोकायुक्त कानून संसद के दोनों सदनों ने 17 दिसंबर और 18 दिसंबर 2013 को पास किया है। 01 जनवरी 2014 को कानून बन गया। 16 जनवरी 2014 को गॅझेट निकाला है। लेकिन केंद्र सरकार लोकपाल कानून का अंमल नहीं कर रही है। लोकायुक्त कानून लोकपाल कानून बनने के बाद एक साल के अंदर हर राज्योंने करना है। ऐसा कानून कह रहा है। लेकिन लोकपाल कानून बनकर 2013 से आज 2018 तक पांच साल बीत गए है। फिर भी राज्य सरकार लोकायुक्त कानून नही बना रहीं है। इसलिए कार्यकर्ताओंने अपने अपने राज्यों में आंदोलन करना होगा। मै 30 जनवरी 2019 को महाराष्ट्र राज्य मे लोकायुक्त कानून बने इसलिए मेरे गांव रालेगणसिद्धी में आंदोलन कर रहा हूं।   देश में बढते भ्रष्टाचार को रोकथाम लगे इसलिए 16 अगस्त 2011 में दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान पर लोकपाल लोकायुक्त कानून की मांग को लेकर आंदोलन हुआ था। उस आंदोलन में देश की जनता रास्ते पर उतर गई थी। तत्क...

Union government post-demonetisation of currency on 08.11.2016 to encourage use of cashless transactions had started giving several discounts for promoting use of credit and debit cards which also included 0.75-percent discount on purchase of petrol and diesel through credit or debit cards. Due to inadequate publicity, it is not clear which discounts are still prevailing which also included on on-line payment of insurance premiums. With all such discounts having since lost relevance after normalisation of currency-position, Union government should not burden exchequer with subsidy-loss through such discounts any more. Media-reports confirm about printing of rupees-2000 currency-notes by Reserve Bank of India RBI after about two years of launch to meet emergency situation subsequent to demonetization on 08.11.2016 of earlier notes of rupees 500 and rupees 1000. Ruppes-2000 notes worth rupees 6.73 lakh crores were there in circulation on 31.03.2018 which accounted for 37-percent of total currency worth rupees 18.03 lakh crores on that day.
